Débrouillard Inc. Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Débrouillard Inc. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time Orders received by 8:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on Sunday each week will be processed and mailed two days later, on Tuesday afternoon. This means your order will typically ship on the first Tuesday following your order placement, provided it is received by the Sunday 8:00 PM CST cut-off.
While we strive to ship orders in a timely manner, please understand that this is our current standard shipping schedule. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays or public holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order (beyond our stated schedule), we will contact you via email or telephone.
If our shipping schedule is not acceptable for your order, please contact info@debrouillard.com for a full refund before your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once an order has been processed and mailed, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options, if available, will be displayed at checkout with varying delivery times. Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Domestic Shipping Policy We currently ship to all addresses within the United States and its territories.
5. International Shipping Policy (for requested orders) We currently do not automatically process or ship orders outside the United States through our website checkout.
However, for non-U.S. order requests, please contact us directly at info@debrouillard.com for availability and consideration. If we agree to process an international order, please be aware that the customer will be solely responsible for:
- The actual cost of international shipping (which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to shipment).
- All import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country or its customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the full responsibility of the customer.
- Ensuring the purchased items comply with all import regulations and foreign intellectual property restrictions of the destination country.
Débrouillard Inc. is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred due to customs processing, import regulations, or international transit once the package has left our facility.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. Débrouillard Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address or customer refusal to pay customs/duties, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs or a deduction from any refund for incurred shipping and handling fees.
